Haven1 is an open-source Internet-based distributed ledger protocol (web3) composed of many different and evolving components contributed by a wide variety of participants (the "Protocol").
Permission to access and use the Protocol (whether deployed or not) is hereby granted to any person interacting with the Protocol, subject to the following terms and conditions (to the extent permitted by applicable law):
All access to and use of the Protocol is at the sole risk of the person accessing or using the Protocol. You shall read the program code of the Protocol to understand the features and functionalities of the Protocol;
No one makes any representations, warranties, guarantees, or undertakings, express or implied, with respect to the Protocol or any other component or activity in the surrounding ecosystem, including but not limited to warranties of compliance, accuracy, reliability, validity, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, availability, durability, and non-infringement, or that any of the foregoing will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components or secure;
the Protocol is a decentralized, permissionless Web3 protocol. It has no single source of truth, no responsible centralized operator, no single point of failure, and no person or authority that alone has the ability or authority to intervene in or make changes to the data, the deployed Protocol, or the smart contracts that are part of or built upon the Protocol;
Participants in the Protocol have no greater inherent power than any other participant to add to, modify, or otherwise interfere with the Protocol
Access to and use of the Protocol is only permitted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, including financial market laws, export control laws, or other laws or regulations. You may not access or use the Protocol, or encourage, induce, promote, facilitate, or direct others to access or use the Protocol, for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose; and
to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall any contributor or participant in the Protocol (including any ecosystem participants) be liable for any claims, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, assets, or profits; or business interruption) or any other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the access and use of the Protocol.
