hSwap Trading Competition — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The hSwap Trading Competition (the “Competition”) is organized by Haven1 Labs Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”) to incentivize trading activity and reward community engagement. The Competition will take place on Haven1’s native DEX, hSwap, from July 15, 2025, 12:00 UTC to July 29, 2025, 12:00 UTC.

By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to all users who register using a valid email address and trade on hSwap during the competition period.
• Users must connect a compatible wallet to the Haven1 Portal and meet the minimum volume and trade count criteria for their respective track.
• The main prize pool will be unlocked once hSwap hits $1M in total trading volume during the campaign period. 

3. Tracks & Rewards

Main Prize Pool: $42,500 ($34,000 in esH1, $8,500 in USDT)

A. Volume Champions – $25,500

• Eligibility:
  
  • Minimum $25,000 in total trading volume
  • Minimum 10 trades
  • At least $5,000 in $H1 token swaps
    
    
• Scoring: Based on trading volume, with a 2x multiplier on all $H1 trades
  
  
• Top Prize: $5,000 (80% in esH1, 20% in USDT)
• Prizes distributed proportionally to the top traders
  
  

B. Community Builders – $17,000

• Eligibility:
  
  • Minimum $2,500 in total trading volume
  • Minimum 5 trades
    At least $500 in $H1 token swaps
    
    
• Scoring: Based on trading volume with the same 2x H1 multiplier
• Top Prize: $750 (80% in esH1, 20% in USDT)
  
  

4. Bonus Pools: $7,500 Total

• H1 Maximalist Pool – $3,750
  For the top 25 users with the most $H1 accumulated during the competition.
  
  
• Consistency Pool – $3,750
  For users who trade on 10 or more separate days during the competition.
  
  

Users are automatically eligible for bonuses if criteria are met. 

5. Reward Distribution

• Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the competition ends.
  
• esH1 rewards:
  
  • Escrowed H1 that vests linearly over 365 days
  • Can be staked immediately to earn high APY
    
    
• USDT rewards will be transferred directly to participants' registered wallets.
  
• We reserve the right to disqualify participants engaged in manipulation, wash trading, or any form of unfair advantage.
  
  

6. General Terms

• Haven1 Labs reserves the right to amend the rules, structure, or duration of the competition at any time.
  
• All decisions made by Haven1 Labs regarding scoring, eligibility, and rewards are final.
  
• Participation constitutes agreement to these T&Cs and to any other policies related to the Haven1 Labs ecosystem.
  
• Any abusive behavior, including attempts to game the system or use bots, may result in immediate disqualification.
