Haven1 partners with FailSafe to bring increased security to DeFi, NFTs and more

Haven1, the REKT-Resistant EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain, and FailSafe, a pioneering security protocol providing multi-layered protection for digital assets and smart contracts, today announced a strategic partnership to bolster the security and compliance of the Haven1 ecosystem.

The Haven1 mission is to solve the fundamental challenges that have plagued Web3 for far too long: hacks, scams, and exploits. The Haven1 blockchain uses a unique Proof-of-Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism and Proof-of-Identity framework (Haven1 Passport) to make "getting REKT" a thing of the past. These features from FailSafe advanced blockchain security technology, will further strengthen the security of Haven1 and DeFi, gaming and other solutions built on it.

Under this collaboration, FailSafe will equip Haven1 with a robust transaction policy enforcement solution. This solution, a request-response protocol between the proxy and the FailSafe Guardian, ensures that transactions strictly adhere to predefined rules, significantly mitigating the risk of unauthorized or malicious activity.

Key features of the FailSafe Guardian include:

- Whitelist and Blacklist Management: Administrators can maintain a list of trusted and untrusted addresses.

- Geolocation and IP Restrictions: Transactions from specific regions or devices can be blocked.

- Lock Mode: User assets can be marked as 'locked' to prevent transfers.

- Time-Based Restrictions: Transactions can be restricted within specific timeframes.

- Payment Controls: Daily/monthly spending limits, withdrawal thresholds, and per-asset policies can be configured.
